NYCA to Again Sponsor Awards Highlighting Open-Shop Excellence
Published on: July 28, 2021
New York City, NY – In yet another example of the organization’s commitment to excellence in open-shop construction, NYCA will once again sponsor the Associated Builders and Contractors Empire State Chapter’s Excellence in Construction Awards, in order to highlight the exemplary craftsmanship and safety found throughout our industry. This year’s celebration will be held Thursday, September 30 at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.
The Excellence in Construction Awards provide a tremendous opportunity for open-shop construction companies to build morale within their organizations and earn employees the public recognition they deserve for delivering a successful job. Receipt of this award provides recognition of these companies as the best and safest in the construction industry. By calling attention to excellence, open-shop firms will continue to set the standard throughout the construction industry.
NYCA member Hudson-Meridian Construction Group previously received an Excellence in Construction award for Mega Projects over $300 Million. By taking ownership of your team’s strengths and achievements, members are furthering NYCA’s values of quality craftsmanship in the open-shop construction industry.
NYCA is proud to sponsor the Excellence in Construction Awards during their 50th year. As an organization that promotes high standards of safety, diversity, and quality, our members are excellently poised to function as leaders and stakeholders in the community and within local legislation. Our members take advantage of increased access to training and apprenticeship programs, informative seminars, annual networking events with other industry professionals, and a line of communication to regulatory and municipal entities.
